Wow, lately, a huge % of the "articles" posted on N4G are coming from bloggers. But not Matt... Looking at your usual comments, Matt was likely a journalist before you were even born!!! (And yet, he is not that old : )

But it's quite useless... Why asking how long they plan to keep the 80gig sku twice??? We live in a world where there's a new digital camera model coming every 4 months from EACH manufacturers... People may not have noticed it, but business like Sharp and many other are coming out with a new LCD HDTV model every 6 months or less. So, if you have any business sense, this is the most stupid question you can ask, and yet, he asked it twice! You cannot get this type of product out today and e...

And they get more hard disk space to store all those PS2 game saved. You should see how neat they all look on a PS3 with BC : )

If you have PS2 games, you likely have a PS2. You want to play those games, but don't want to use your PS2, then you buy a PS3 with BC. You don't care about BC, you save money and you buy the 40GB version.

This is great because you have the choice! People see it as getting only BC for $100, but you get a lot more than BC if you go for the 60Gig or 80Gig version.

I am not even sure why people want to pay for old PS1 games!!! If I want to go retro, I plug one ...

Think about it. They had their very own manufacturing plant. They sold it. Now they have a nice 1.2 billion showing on their balance sheet. And from now on, all they have to do, like Nintendo or Microsoft, is to call a manufacturing plant and order chips... That's usually how it works. You don't make your own chips, you just take the phone and order them off the shelf.

It's much better than having to set aside 1.2 billions for warranty purpose. This is showing up as a big min...

There's just a little be more than 10 days until the end of the month, and there's $600 worth of games to buy. $1800 for November and December. That's $2400 for the PS3 alone. Now if you're like me, you likely own a decent PC and a few other consoles... So you're likely looking at about well over $5000 worth of games in the next two month and a half. I could afford it as well. Doesn't mean I would buy them all though. You also have to find the time to play them. That's another reason to d...

And two of them were cheap, straight from Ebay...

(Paid $8.00, shipping included for NFL07 as an example). I also rent most games. Sadly, since I rented Lair, because the review was bad, I now want this one as well. (Been checking Ebay ever since.)

I'm buying Eye of Judgment on day one. And an extra deck, and a few booster packs. Online is great, but I want to also be able to play one on one as well at home. COSTLY.

Strangely enough, I'm not 100% s...

Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights
Clive Barker's Jericho
Conan
Eye of Judgment --- I want that one...
Ratatouille

Wallet check... No, cannot afford more than one game per week : ) And Jericho is also calling me in the background.... Costly months, costly months, I'm really glad the PS3 doesn't have any games : )

If you take the minimum specifications for COD4 for a pc, it's asking for 512Mb for XP and 768Mb for Vista. Even better, recommended specifications is 1Gb for XP and 2Gb for Vista.

So basically, just to run the game at recommended specs, with Vista, you're loosing more than one Gig of Ram just in O.S. overhead. It's not used by the game, it's used by the O.S. So basically, huge amout of memory does not mean it's all going to the game. The O.S. is still running in the backgro...

Stude said, "Innovation starts on the PC."

WHEN? WHERE? HOW? It took more than 30 years to drop the Serial Port for the USB. That's innovation? Everything else is the EVOLUTION of what was started more than 30 years ago. Memory: Evolution CPU: Evolution (sure we now have multiple core, but it's the same as motherboard with multiple CPU, still evolution). We have optical drive that came in and could be considered innovation, but again, it has just evolved from ...

Dang, I never knew about it... I totally missed the other 16 articles that said so, up to now, in N4G ALONE!

Thank you for bringing this back. Keep doing it... You never know, it may take 40 attempts before everybody find out they have removed it on one PS3 SKU....

This is now article 17 about the loss of Backward Compatibility on ONE PS3 model... Could you imagine how many articles this will generate in N4G if they remove it in all the PS3 models? You k...

Particularly since we're gearing ourselves for some pretty expensive months.

What I would like to see, is how well a FPS based on Portal would sell. This game is awesome yet too short... Really hope they make a decent shooter based on that concept...

This list gives 14 games for the 360, 12 games for the PS3 (13 if you count Uncharted, wow...), 11 for the PC, 10 for the Wii and 8 for the PS2.

Definitively some expensive months for all the gamers. Hope you've been nice, you may need some help from Santa Claus this year : )

"Prepare yourself" for Onimusha... It was always one of the key phrase for this game. I believe it was used in the game and in the advertisement. I'm betting on this one!
